Thank you for supporting our independent shop! Because we are a small business, we ask that you carefully review our policies regarding returns and exchanges before finalizing your purchase.
1. Returns & Eligibility Window
- 14-Day Limit: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order's delivery date.
- Skateboard Deck Condition: Skateboard decks that have been assembled, gripped, or scratched cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- General Condition: All items must be returned in the exact same state they were shipped—unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
2. Shipping Costs & Customer Errors
- Customer Responsibility: If a return is requested due to a customer error or preference (e.g., ordering the wrong product, size, entering an incorrect address, or changing your mind), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
- Shop Error: If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., we sent the wrong graphic or a damaged item), please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid return label and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Refunds & Processing Time
- Processing Window: Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it hasn't been scratched, scuffed, washed, gripped or altered from the form it was shipped, your refund will be issued.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment via Stripe or PayPal.
- Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process and appear in your bank account once it has been initiated.
4. Lost or Incorrect Delivery Addresses
- Address Typos: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer during checkout.
- Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us by the shipper due to an insufficient address or failure to claim, the customer must pay a re-shipping fee to have the package sent out a second time.
